Steam Generator System Working Principles

Steam generator consists of main body (smoke channel), serpentine (pressurized body), burner, electrical control panel, feed water pump, separator, condensate tank and chimney sections.

In general, the serpentine consists of two intertwined spirals. The inlet and outlet openings of the spiral can be seen on the front cover.

The water, which has been treated by the water softener and is ready for use in the condensate tank, is pumped into the inlet of the serpentine by feed water pumps. With the start of the burner, the water in the serpentine evaporates, moves towards the outlet and reaches the outlet. The steam produced by controlling the pressure and temperature with the control devices on the outlet side is sent to the process by opening the main steam valve.
